VELES PLANT IS THE BEST INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE OF ALTAI TERRITORY

The results of the regional contest "The Best Industrial Enterprise" based on the results of the year 2020 have been summarized. The competition committee evaluated the rate of production, the share of exports, the rate of labor productivity and other technical and economic indicators.

VELES confirms its leading position in the industry not only in the region, but also in Russia. Since 2017, the company has been in first place in terms of sales of tillage equipment among Russian manufacturers, according to the Rosspetsmash Association. In total, VELES produced 1,301 units of equipment in 2020, and in 2019 - 813 units.

The year 2020 was difficult on all fronts, but really productive. Despite the environment around us, we managed to produce almost 50% more machines in the busiest months than in the same period last year.

Also last year, VELES increased its shipments to European markets by expanding its geographic presence to five new countries: the Czech Republic, Austria, Belarus, Ukraine and Hungary.
