How does
the machine work?
Compact disc harrows Ø 430 mm
Purpose
The compact disc harrows are designed for seedbed preparation and placement of fertilizers. They create an even seedbed and form an even mulch layer. Due to the disc diameter of 430 mm, they effectively perform post-harvest provocation of fallen seeds and weeds. They are also used to cultivate fallow fields.

ADVANTAGES
FUEL SAVINGS
The bearing assembly of the disc is located in the passive zone, so it does not interact with the working medium and does not create additional resistance, which significantly extends its service life.
NON-STOP OPERATION
Work without stopping thanks to the individual rubber protection of the disc rack
CONSTANT WORKING ANGLE OF THE DISC
We install conical instead of spherical discs, which keeps the angle of attack and the efficiency of the disc constant as it wears
IDEAL SOIL PROTECTION LAYER
The smaller the disc, the higher its rotation speed and the more it shreds the crop residues, forming a mulch layer up to 3 cm deep that reduces the effects of wind and water erosion, prevents moisture evaporation and improves moisture penetration into the soil
RELIABILITY IS A TOP PRIORITY
Stable machine operation is essential when it comes to cultivating large areas. That's why we only use the highest quality bearing units from proven European manufacturer FKL, and all components are designed to withstand high loads over a long period of time
