How does
the machine work?
The use of the working zone adjustment allows you to quickly and easily set up the machine before you start working. Moreover, you can control the cutting and levelling discs on the run to achieve the desired working quality.
алььт 2
NON-STOP OPERATION
Each working zone has independent overload protection. This allows you to work without stopping and saves your time.
CUTTING DISKS

U-RING
ROLLER
CUTTING DISKS

Two rows of discs with a diameter of 430 mm can cultivate the soil to a depth of up to 12 cm. The disc depth is adjusted stepless, using hydraulic cylinders, from the tractor cab independently of the other working zones. The working zone of the cutting discs can be completely excluded from work if necessary. The disc with a diameter of 430 mm ensures intensive cutting and placing of plant residues, with the formation of a mulching layer at a depth of 2-3 cm, preventing air and water erosion and active moisture evaporation.

CHISEL
TINES

The chisel tines are designed for cultivation and deep loosening of the soil up to 30 cm to break up the plough pan, which is usually located at a depth of 20-25 cm. The tines are spaced 270 mm apart in 4 rows, which prevents their clogging.

The tines are the main working zone of the machine and several implement variants. The 50 mm wide chisels are used for effective deep loosening, while the 80 mm wide chisels are designed for more intensive soil mixing. If full overlapping is required, wing shares are fitted to the chisels to increase the undercutting width of each tine up to 325 mm.

LEVELLING
DISCS

A row of double levelling discs, 430 mm in diameter, is designed to cover the furrows formed by the tines and pre-levelling the soil before the roller. The petal-shaped discs provide additional soil mixing, improving the quality of the mulch layer. The disc position can be stepless adjusted independently from the rest of the working areas from the tractor cab by means of hydraulic cylinders.

U-RING
ROLLER

The tandem u-ring roller with a diameter of 580 mm and pressure adjustment compacts the soil and levels the field surface. It is effective on soils with a moisture content of more than 25% - due to the "soil-to-soil" operating principle - the slots between the roller rings are filled with soil and no further sticking occurs. The checkerboard arrangement of the roller rings increases resistance to clogging and promotes additional self-cleaning. The balancing suspension, which gives a "walking" effect to the roller, minimizes the risk of stone damage.

HYDRAULIC TINE PROTECTION
SPRING-LOADED
TINE PROTECTION
HYDRAULIC TINE PROTECTION
The hydraulic cylinder actuation force can be adjusted to suit the working conditions by varying the pressure in the hydraulic system, enabling the machine to be adapted to different soil densities in the field. For heavy soils, the actuation force can be increased to prevent the tine from self-raising. On light soils, the actuation force can be reduced, so that if a stone is encountered it will not be dragged through the soil.
SPRING-LOADED
TINE PROTECTION
Is less versatile as it is not adjustable. However, it is easier to maintain and does not require a high culture of operation.
